CUSTOMER POLICY
The steps to purchase on the website are as follows:
Step 1: Search for products:
You can search for products in 1 of 3 ways:
- Type the product name in the search bar.
- Search by category.
- Search by featured or best-selling products.
Step 2: Add products to cart:
Once you have found the desired product, please click on the image or name of the product to go to the product's detailed information page, then:
- Check product information, price, promotion information.
- Select the desired quantity.
- Add products to cart.
You can use the Add to Wishlist feature for desired products to save before adding the product to the cart.
Step 3: Check your cart and place your order
To place multiple products in the same order, please follow these steps:
- Click on the logo to return to the home page.
- Add products to your cart as in Step 2.
- This process can be repeated until you have completed adding all products to your cart.
- Click "View cart" to review the entire order.
- "Checkout" to start placing your order.
Step 4: Fill in your shipping address
- Fill in your payment information and delivery address. The system will automatically fill in the form and shipping fee according to your address.
- Choose a payment method. (Bank transfer or Cash on delivery)
Step 5: Click "Complete order"
The system will confirm your order information to your email. If you encounter any problems during the ordering process, please contact us for direct support.
