Shipping Policy

With a commitment to providing the best service to customers, Viefarm provides nationwide delivery service through our e-commerce website system. We always strive to ensure that goods are delivered to customers quickly and safely.

Delivery Process and Time:

1. Order Processing:

After receiving the order on the website, the staff will process and contact the customer to confirm within 24 working hours
Content verification includes: order information, payment method and delivery address
Note: Processing time does not include Sundays and holidays

2. Delivery time:

Usually 3-5 working days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and holidays)
Time is calculated from the time the order is successfully confirmed

Cases that may extend the delivery time:

Unable to contact the customer to confirm the order
Delivery staff repeatedly cannot contact the customer when arriving at the delivery address
The delivery address is incorrect, missing information or difficult to find
Cases of force majeure such as natural disasters, storms, floods, flowers or other conditions beyond control

Delivery Fee:

1. Free shipping policy:

Free nationwide for orders from 250,000 VND or more

2. Standard shipping fee:

35,000 VND applies to each order with a value of less than 250,000 VND

Delivery Scope:

Viefarm conducts transactions throughout Vietnam
Some special areas may not be served due to restrictions from the conversion operation
Currently, Viefarm does not provide international shipping services

Terms of Service:

All issues and solutions related to transportation and transaction progress will be the responsibility of the operating partner
Viefarm will support customers in the process of monitoring and resolving issues detected during the delivery process
