4. In case the customer is allergic to the product:

- Benefits: Viefarm will return the product and refund 100%
- The company will cover all shipping costs

Return Method: To return the product, please call hotline 0922688991. Viefarm staff will provide specific instructions on the return process and arrange shipping. All costs incurred during the return process will be paid by Viefarm.
Important Note: In case you have paid in advance via payment gateway or bank transfer and want to cancel the order, Viefarm will refund within 2-4 working days (excluding Saturday and Sunday), from the time Viefarm confirms your request to cancel the order and refund.
